Our experts regularly participate in regional insolvency conferences and deliver trainings in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Commerce’s CLDP, addressing judges, regulators, and professional audiences across the MENA region.
Casablanca, December 2022: CLDP of the US department of commerce continues to hold workshops in #Morocco on #bestpractices in #bankruptcy procedures. Many thanks to the team & brilliant US judges at CLDP, to the teams of the public ministery presidency رئاسة النيابة العامة and of the high council of the judiciary authority المجلس الاعلى للسلطة القضائية.
Casablanca, Janvier 2022: Le conseil régional de l’ordre des experts-comptables Casablanca et sud a organisé aujourd’hui la première journée du certificat de formation en expertise judiciaire, à destination des consoeurs et confrères experts-comptables. Notre Managing partner Mr Fahd EL MJABBER a eu le plaisir de modérer cette journée riche en échanges entre des intervenants de qualité dont un magistrat du tribunal de commerce de Casablanca et un avocat des affaires. Nous tenons à remercier les membres de la commission juridique et les collaboratrices du conseil régional pour cette initiative et souhaitons le succès pour les modules à venir.
