  • -Debt & Capital Restructuring: Draft and negotiate restructuring plans, credit and forbearance agreements, or debt-for-equity swaps.

    -Distressed M&A: Assist with the sale or purchase of distressed assets or companies, Conduct due diligence and risk analysis in distressed transactions.

    -Insolvency Proceedings: Prepare and file financial documents, participate in creditor meetings.

  • Legal Compliance: Draft, review, and manage legal documents such as contracts, shareholders agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and corporate resolutions.

    -Tax Compliance: Review or prepare tax filings to ensure compliance with applicable laws.

    -Tax Disputes & Controversy: Represent clients in audits or court disputes with tax authorities.

    -Cross-Border & International Tax: Advise multinational corporations on international tax laws, treaties, and transfer pricing.

  • -Financial Reporting: Prepare or review financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flows, statement of changes in equity) under IFRS and US GAAP.

    Transition & Conversion Projects: Lead or support the transition from local GAAP to IFRS (first-time adoption under IFRS 1).

    -Advisory & Training: Train internal finance teams on updates to IFRS standards.
